The Center’s staff of senior sports medicine practitioners – a sports physician, exercise physiologist, clinical dietitian and ergometry technician – invites you to make an appointment for a full battery of physical fitness tests to evaluate your overall health, improve your achievements and quality of life, build a personal training program and receive instruction for proper nutrition along with a personalized diet.
The Center offers:
- Physical tests by a sports physician
- Ergometry tests (heart activity during exercise) required for clearance to participate in gym activity and sports association activities and competitions, according to Israel’s Sports Law
- RMR (resting metabolism rate) test for direct and accurate measurement of your energetic expenditure at rest
- Other physiological tests (VO2max, lactic acid threshold)
- Physiological consultation and building a training program – for beginning exercisers and athletes at all levels
- Nutritional consultation and building a personal diet tailored for a specific training program, for health, for improving athletic achievements or for losing or gaining weight
